We have listed a few of your responsibilities below:Accurately fills prescriptions by retrieving prescription orders; counting, pouring, measuring or weighing medication tablets, liquids, and creams; mixing or reconstituting medications as needed; selecting, filling, and labeling prescription containers; and operating scanning equipment and/or automated dispensing systems to ensure prescription accuracyWork and grow in a collaborative and family-like atmosphere where you are more than just a number.Accurately input necessary data to keep patient records up to date. Analyze and review data for completeness and accuracy of documentation according to specified standardsWe truly care about both our patients and our employees!QualificationsMust be currently registered in the state of Florida as a Pharmacy TechnicianMust have a High School DiplomaExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge using Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelAble to transcribe information and data accurately2 years relevant work experience in a pharmacy preferredExperience handing pharmacy insurance rejections and billing preferredExperience in a retail pharmacy environment preferredWhy work for us?
