Financial Reporting Associate

DescriptionKforce is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Boston, MA that is seeking several Financial Reporting Associates to support a high-volume reporting initiative. This opportunity is ideal for Accounting or Finance entry level candidates with internship experience, or professionals looking to gain hands-on exposure to financial reporting and analysis.Responsibilities:* Review and process financial data and supporting documentation* Perform data validation and quality control checks* Ensure information is entered accurately and efficiently into internal systems* Research and resolve discrepancies alongside business partners* Meet project deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detailRequirements* Understanding of financial statements through coursework, internships, or professional experience* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field* Prior experience in accounting, finance, audit, banking, or data analysis* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skillsJob TypeContractCompensation21 - $23
