We put patients at the center of value-based care. This is a unique role designed for physicians who want more than traditional primary care.Compensation & BenefitsMarket leading pay up to $300K annually$50K Starting bonusCompetitive benefits – comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401K (matching), PTO and parental leaveMedical malpractice, licensure and board dues paid annuallyCME expense allotmentWhat you'll do:Provide comprehensive primary care to a defined patient population, many with chronic conditions such as diabetes, vascular disease and mobility limitations.Diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate, working with Upperline Health specialists and care teams to proactively manage conditions, reduce complications, and improve quality of life.Conduct patient assessments through medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluation.Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.Coordinate and manage referrals to specialists and follow up on patient outcomes.Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive health strategies.Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.Comply with clinical policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Experience and QualificationsMedical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine requiredSuccessful completion of accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program requiredBoard certification or board eligibility requiredMedical license required – active license preferred or the ability to obtain within applicable timeframePossession of DEA registration or eligibility requiredBLS certification and maintenanceOpen to experienced or new graduate providersWhy Central Florida?An exceptional blend of career opportunity, affordability, and quality of life awaits!
