The sheet metal department consists of several CNC sheetmetal bending machines, fiber laser cutting machines, and T5000 cutting machines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their manufacturing journey in a clean, organized, and growth-focused workplace while performing the following duties:Operate CNC machinery to produce sheet metal components across multiple product lines.Perform tasks according to the daily production schedule and standard work instructions.Use basic CNC controls and quality check tools to ensure a defect-free product.Maintain equipment and tools and keep work areas clean and organized.Collaborate with supervisors and peers to ensure quality standards are met.Identify and help resolve quality and production issues.Contribute to continuous improvement (CI) initiatives like 5S, RCA, and Lean tools.Participate in strategic company goals and training opportunities.With all of our positions, you will be able to jump right into our lean program by making improvements in your workspace to make your job easier.
