Compensation & Benefits Pay plan that caters to current market conditions Monthly bonuses and performance incentives Earning potential $120,000+ annually Paid training Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee vehicle purchase program Career advancement opportunities within the McGrath Automotive Group What You Will Do Engage showroom, phone, and internet sales leads Respond to inbound leads quickly via CRM, phone, text, and email Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives Build value in new and pre-owned Subaru inventory Maintain strong follow-up process to generate repeat and referral business Utilize CRM software to track prospects, activities, and pipeline Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) managers to finalize transactions Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Maintain expert knowledge of Subaru products, trim levels, warranties, and technology Deliver a transparent, customer-focused buying experience from start to finish Qualifications Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment Basic Computer Proficiency And CRM Experience Preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Availability to work flexible retail hours, including some evenings and weekends Why McGrath Evanston Subaru?
