What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all technical service and support operations across teams and partners
Drive service excellence through KPIs, SLAs, and customer-focused strategies
Oversee parts operations, logistics, and aftermarket revenue growth
Manage warranty programs, analytics, and ERP integration
Mentor service teams and expand third-party service networks
Champion digital tools, data analytics, and continuous improvement
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
Deep expertise in scientific cold storage or laboratory equipment
Strong leadership in service operations, parts, and warranty programs
Experience with ERP systems, digital transformation, and analytics
Knowledge of regulated environments (FDA, GMP, ISO)
