Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive counseling and therapeutic guidance to patients and their families, effectively addressing a myriad of mental health concerns.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand each patient's unique needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Implement targeted counseling interventions and therapeutic strategies aimed at achieving identified therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues during case consultations to share insights and enhance the overall care experience for our clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards, ensuring a trustworthy client-clinician relationship.
• Participate in reporting and documentation procedures to track patient progress and program effectiveness.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops, meetings, and conferences to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client base that includes uninsured individuals and those covered by employer-sponsored plans. Clients often present with various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You will use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support their wellbeing and promote resilience in overcoming personal challenges.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate rapport with clients and their families, facilitating meaningful therapeutic alliances.
• Proficiency in documentation and ability to prepare and analyze data, ensuring accuracy in all clinical records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools to enhance client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a robust benefits package, including:
