We are currently seeking staff for 1st shift coverage, as well as PRN (as-needed) team members. These roles do not include guaranteed weekly hours and are ideal for flexible availability. Responsibilities Assist with morning routines, hygiene, and meals Support daily activities, appointments, and community outings Provide companionship and promote independence Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment Follow the individual's care plan and daily schedule Administer medications as assigned, if certified Complete accurate daily documentation, including proper medication documentation on the MAR Maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment Requirements DODD training (or willing to complete immediately) CPR/First Aid certification BCI/FBI background check Medication Administration required (or willing to take 2-day Med Admin class immediately) Professional, respectful, and dependable at all times Reliable transportation required Ability to pass background checks #J-18808-Ljbffr First Step Healthcare LLC
