Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact in elementary education as a Special Education Resource Teacher supporting K-4 students for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract position begins August 12, 2027, and runs through May 4, 2027. You'll collaborate with dedicated professionals and help young learners reach their fullest potential through tailored support and instruction.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Valid State Special Education Certification
• Experience working with K-4 students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to guide student progress
• Deliver resource support services to students with varying abilities in grades K-4
• Collaborate with general education staff, specialists, and families to ensure student success
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and accommodations
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school initiatives
• Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth
