RFD_Sr. Manager, Clinical Supply

Senior Clinical Supply Manager responsible for developing drug supply planning strategy and managing supplies across all clinical trial phases. Acts as client advocate coordinating cross-functional activities and supporting clinical study lifecycles from protocol interpretation through final accountability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute drug supply planning strategy for Phase I-IV clinical trials and ancillary programs
• Serve as single point of contact with clients coordinating supply chain information across PCI and external stakeholders
• Build drug projections and supply plans considering finished goods demand, production schedules, and expiration dating
• Review packaging documentation, manage inventory at depot and site levels, and coordinate shipment tracking
• Proactively identify risks, resolve supply issues, manage contract budgets, and prepare final drug accountability reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 5-10 years clinical supply chain experience
• Basic mathematical skills and intermediate computer proficiency
• Full professional proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Strong reasoning ability to interpret technical data and solve complex problems
• Clinical supply chain experience at sponsor company or CRO strongly preferred

Compensation: $122,000-$137,250 base plus 15% annual performance bonus eligibility
