Tail) Health/Dental/Vision Retirement (403b) Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) offers an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our existing Comprehensive Pain and Spine team in Nampa, Idaho. The group currently comprises one physician and one Advanced Practice Provider. The role requires a medical professional committed to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care who is willing to support a growing practice in Boise and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include the evaluation and treatment of patients with chronic pain, developing treatment plans that include medication management (opioid and non‑opioid), ordering appropriate injection therapies, prescribing conservative therapies (physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, pool therapy), and ordering and interpreting imaging studies and labs. The practitioner also is responsible for making appropriate referrals to outside specialties such as orthopedics and neurosurgery. Requirements Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho; valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA. A strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi‑specialty medical group. Previous advanced practice provider experience in pain management preferred. Strong clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
