The Ricci Team is seeking a motivated, licensed Showing Partner to join our collaborative, high-performing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, strengthen your skills, and grow your real estate career with the guidance of knowledgeable and supportive professionals.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training and commit to ongoing professional development within the real estate industry.
• Coordinate property showings and provide clients with a knowledgeable, professional experience.
• Provide timely, detailed written feedback to help refine each client's search criteria.
• Prepare and negotiate offers in collaboration with the lead sales agent and clients.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead-generation activities.
• Participate in weekly script practice, coaching sessions, team training, and Partner Calls.
• Engage in team meetings, events, and activities according to team standards.
