An established litigation team in Irvine, CA, is seeking an attorney for a substantive consumer litigation role.

• The opportunity is primarily focused on attorneys with 6–10 years of litigation experience, with attorneys beginning around 3–4 years potentially considered based on overall qualifications.
• Relevant experience includes consumer litigation, consumer warranty, products liability, personal injury defense, or employment litigation. Direct lemon-law experience is helpful, but not required.
• The role involves legal research, motions, discovery, depositions, expert discovery, case strategy, CMCs, and trial preparation. Trial experience is strongly preferred, with second-chair experience acceptable.
• Compensation: $170,000–$210,000, plus a bonus opportunity after exceeding 1,800 annual billable hours and a discretionary year-end bonus.
• Benefits: Health, dental, and vision benefits begin on day one and are 100% employer-covered through the selected PPO.
• The position is primarily in-office in Irvine, with one hybrid day per week potentially available after a six-month probationary period. The annual minimum billable requirement is 1,800 hours.
• California Bar admission and good standing required.
