Telecommunications SpecialistAs a Telecommunications Specialist, you will perform the following duties:Provides support for the development and implementation of long-term spectrum planning processes. Coordinates extensively with experts on technical, operational, economic, and policy considerations involved in the operation of a wide variety of spectrum-based systems. Provides advice on the effectiveness, adequacy, and suitability of the proposals of others.Supports activity's responsibility for the interpretation, implementation, execution and guidance and support of activities Provides advice and consultation on matters pertaining to the planned use of radio frequency spectrum resources.Supports strategic planning activities utilizing project management principles.Provides technical and administrative support to the Technical Panel.
