Payroll Support Specialist

Payroll SpecialistOur payroll specialists perform payroll, accounting, and administrative duties to support the team including processing payroll, setting up voluntary deductions, processing and auditing payroll, creating and reviewing audit reports and resolving any issues that may arise. This position will also be required to process a monthly commissioned based payroll in addition to the weekly payments.What We Need From YouBachelor's degreeUKG Pro and/or Kronos knowledge1-2 years of payroll experienceHigh attention to detailStrong organizational skillsOnsite attendance is requiredWhat You Will Be DoingReviews, analyzes and checks payroll forms and report for accuracy and make necessary adjustments or corrections.Sets up and reconcile voluntary payroll deductions, prepares reports, identifies and researches exceptionsProcesses garnishments which include child support, tax levies, student loans, etc.Manage work-flow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timelyResearches, analyzes and resolves payroll-related problems or questionsRecommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations utilizing knowledge of the company, state and federal policies and regulationsCompiles payroll reports for both internal and external purpose; submits to supervisor for reviewConducts training sessions to explain payroll policies and proceduresPerform compliances for unclaimed property and payroll checksProcesses and maintains W-4 tax data and changes in personal dataInsure the compliance all required entities as well as company policies; identifying financial risks within the department; and financial reporting.Collaborating with Payroll leader on process improvements and efficiencies.The Place & The PerksReady to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
