Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical Surgical Division in Tallahassee, Florida. This position involves working on a Neuro unit with a focus on acute patient care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role requires floating to all units within the med surg division and prior travel experience.

• Minimum Qualifications: No minimum years of experience; valid Florida or Compact license; AHA-BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support); NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale); prior travel experience with at least one assignment; EPIC or Cerner EMR experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Neuro specific experience, trauma level 2 or above, teaching hospital experience, EPIC or Cerner EMR skills
• Additional Information: Prior travel required with at least one assignment; nurse patient ratio by shift: 1:5-6; phlebotomy is an RN and PCT responsibility; see notes regarding start dates and facility restrictions
