Enterprise Fraud Management Risk Strategist

Job Information Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Responsibilities Lead definition and delivery of solutions to complex problems that result in the reduction of fraud losses, reduction in operating expenses and/or enhancements to client experience Own relationship with key business partners in risk, product, technology, and other line‑of‑business organizations as appropriate Manage team of execution managers, leads and analysts Leads the assessment of potential new projects, analyzing opportunity and defining approach and business case Prioritize opportunities and set the agenda for team's work in the space in partnership with executives and leaders from across organizations Manage relationships with third‑party vendors, Enterprise Technology and other resources required to execute initiatives Owns the execution and delivery of results Lead and structure complex analysis of current state process and issues/gaps, defines future state process and roadmap to achieve the future state Manage creation of standard project management deliverables including project plans, process maps, technical requirements/user stories and status updates units Acts as a change agent to influence the strategic direction of initiatives Extensive cross‑organization coordination including fraud operations, product & channel technology teams, strategy & analytics and cyber security Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 7-10 years of financial services work experience, including fraud management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience leading projects and driving change Management experience Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in related field Benefits All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
