Insurance Producer

Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Producer to join their growing team in Marietta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have experience selling Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits , while delivering exceptional customer service and identifying solutions that best meet each client's needs. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits business. Cross-sell additional products within an existing client base. Gather renewal information, applications, and supporting documentation. Recommend appropriate insurance markets for renewals and new business. Present coverage options, renewal proposals, and payment plans to clients. Collect premium payments and required documentation. Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Account Manager regarding premium financing needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Qualifications 8+ years of Commercial and Personal Lines insurance experience. Active Property & Casualty License (Georgia preferred; Florida 2-20 or Texas license also considered). Experience working with agency management systems such as AMS360 or similar. Proven ability to develop new business and cross-sell insurance products. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
