We are hiring for a Client Success & Logistics Specialist on behalf of our client, a premier technology integration firm, where you will drive exceptional client experiences and ensure seamless inventory operations. Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00/Hour
Location: Ashburn, VA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Review automated call transcripts to determine appropriate next steps for client inquiries.
• Schedule sales and service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Answer and resolve escalated inbound customer calls with a high degree of professionalism.
• Receive inbound equipment shipments, verify inventory accuracy, and stock shelves.
• Safely transport and organize inventory utilizing pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Use company vehicles to occasionally transport parts to or from project sites.
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Polished professional communication and office administration skills.
• Previous experience in counter service sales, customer support, or a hybrid office/warehouse role is
• highly preferred.
• Physical ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive driving record check, background check and drug screen.
