Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist

Supervisory Personnel Security SpecialistAs a Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist, you will be responsible for duties to include, but are not limited to:Supervises the daily activities of the Personnel Security Division to include overseeing, planning, and coordinating all personnel security vetting services. Serves as the deciding authority on all adverse vetting determinations.Develops policy, recommends projects, and serves as the technical authority on all personnel security developments and interpretation of personnel security guidelines, policies, legislation, and regulations covering personnel security operations within USAGM.Supervises and ensure all activities performed within the Personnel Security Division are conducted in accordance and compliance with applicable federal laws, executive orders, Suitability and Security Executive Agent policies, and USAGM procedures.Develops and implements standards for program performance to ensure alignment with agency objectives. Develops and implements metrics and establishes benchmarks for the Personnel Security Division.
