Join Sunshine Montessori as a Lead Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant learning environment. We are dedicated to fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in every child. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool age groups.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's development and progress.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss children's growth and address concerns.
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.
- Organize and lead age-appropriate activities that promote social and emotional skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Stay updated on early childhood education trends and best practices.
- 3 Units in Early Childhood Education (or at least three units and working on taking more ECE classes).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Passion for child development and early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
