Full Time Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Technician for RPM Petersburg/Colonial Heights/Lawrenceville. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing basic maintenance for the properties we manage throughout the Petersburg/Colonial Heights/Lawrenceville area. Strong candidate will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, painting, landscaping, and HVAC. The position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.ResponsibilitiesProvide basic maintenance for managed properties as assignedPerform and provide exceptional quality work and servicesPerform work in a timely mannerAfter-hours calls and site visits as necessaryOther duties as assignedQualifications1-2 years' experienceHandyman certification preferred but not requiredAbility to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staffGeneral maintenance and repair knowledgeWillingness to learnMust provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)Willingness to be on-call 24/7This position is full time and will be paid by billable hours.
