Registered Dental Assistant Galveston, United States Broadway Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our fast-paced, patient-focused practice. We are a modern dental office offering a full range of services including restorative, cosmetic, Invisalign, and implant dentistry , and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality patient experience. This role is ideal for a motivated assistant who enjoys staying busy, supporting a productive schedule, and working closely with a collaborative team. Schedule Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and impressions Assist with procedures including crowns, fillings, Invisalign, implants, and cosmetic treatments Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation Provide post-operative instructions and patient education Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Requirements Qualifications Active Texas RDA license Experience with digital X-rays and chairside assisting Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team-oriented with strong communication skills What We Offer Competitive pay 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) for eligible full-time employees Supportive, team-oriented culture Growth opportunities within the practice #J-18808-Ljbffr Zohorecruit
