JOB OVERVIEW

• Job Title: Obstetrician/Gynecologist Physician

• Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time

• Location: Beloit, WI

• Service Setting: Hospital / Outpatient Clinic

• Schedule: 4-Day Work Week

• On-Call Expectations: Rotational (TBD)

PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE

• Patient Demographics: Adults, Women’s Health

• Average Daily Volume / Census: Approx. 350 births annually across system

• Admissions & Rounding: Included

• Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes

• Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Obstetrics, Gynecology, Minimally Invasive & Robotic Surgery

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS

• EMR System: Cerner

• Specialty Backup: Available within Health System

• Support Staff: Dedicated clinical and operational support teams

• Leadership & Reporting Structure: Supported by physician and operations leadership

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE

• Board Requirements: BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS (as required)

• Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Status: BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)

• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

• Additional Requirements: Commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care

• Perform surgical procedures including robotic-assisted techniques

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
