Job Description We invite Physical Therapists seeking a culture of excellence and personal growth to join our team as a PRN or Part‑time Physical Therapist in Milford, DE. The workplace values evidence‑based practice and genuine patient care. What You’ll Do Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluation results. Review physician referrals and medical records to determine necessary physical therapy. Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines. Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers. Supervise care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians. Complete written plans of care, set goals, and design comprehensive programs to achieve them. Implement physical therapy treatments and provide essential services. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers. Ensure timely documentation: daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current state license in Delaware and CPR certification. Outgoing, energetic personality.
