We offer a diverse range of classes from restorative to powerful, all designed to get you breathing, flowing, and feeling your absolute best. When you step into one of our three studio locations or practice with us online, there are no expectations. We encourage every student to take what they need from each class, whether it's introspective meditation, focusing on breath, an exhilarating sweat sesh, or just a really great stretch. Your practice is just that: yours. Ours is "Growth through practice." However, a student or staff member wishes to grow via their yoga practice, we aim support it! Role Description We're looking for a Social Media savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our small team of creative professionals. We get to do SO many amazing things in our spaces and are looking for someone who wants to create cool content, collaborate with our seasoned team, and bring fresh and fun ideas! Are you both creative and organized? Do you enjoy finding a good balance between strategy and content creation? Are you motivated and able to create and follow through on your personal workflow? Want to work in a flexible role that is both collaborative and self-guided, on-site with some remote work available? Do you LOVE creating content and working with people to create fun and engaging videos, images, and other promotional content? Yes, to all of the above?? Then this position might be for you! Working Conditions Pay Salary range: $42,000-$49,000 annually, depending on experience Paid vacation and sick time Paid holidays Insurance stipend Hours This is a full-time position (40 hr work week) with the ability to do some work remotely, and some flexibility in hours. There will be some required in-person meetings, and we ask for reasonable availability during 'regular' office hours (9a-5p), though this is flexible. (Ex: are you an early riser and prefer to work 7a-3p? Like to split up your days - mornings sometimes, evenings others? No problem!) We also offer flex time off for any rare overages in time. Work is both on-site and remote, though ON-SITE hours are needed multiple times per week for content capture and creation! We have several quiet offices available, and 3 studio locations for your on-site work. There will be some requirements to work evenings and weekends to accommodate certain events. These will be planned in advance. In rare emergency situations where additional support is needed, a request is made, rather than a demand on your time. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; any loading/unloading of materials and hard goods over 20 pounds is an ask, not a requirement.
