Role Description The Associate role at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Ashland City, TN is a full-time, on-site position supporting daily hotel operations and guest services. Responsibilities may include greeting and assisting guests at check-in and check-out, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. The Associate helps set up and restock breakfast areas, supports housekeeping or front desk teams as needed, and follows brand standards for service and presentation. This role involves collaborating with team members, handling basic administrative tasks, and promptly addressing guest concerns to maintain a welcoming environment. Qualifications Customer service and hospitality skills, including strong interpersonal communication and a friendly, professional demeanor. Basic administrative and organizational abilities, such as managing routine paperwork, handling simple computer tasks, and keeping work areas orderly. Reliability and time management skills to support consistent attendance, punctuality, and effective coordination of daily tasks. Ability to work collaboratively with team members from diverse backgrounds and support cross-functional hotel operations. Capacity to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks for extended periods, with attention to safety and cleanliness standards. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior hotel, retail, or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required.
