Facilities Maintenance TechnicianThe Nourse Chillicothe Automall is currently seeking a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and operation of our facilities as well as occasional construction/renovation. The right candidate will have experience with new construction and renovations, plumbing, and electrical (120/240). Compensation will be dependent upon applicant's experience and references.What We Offer:Competitive Pay, 5-Day workweekMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHSA PlanShort and Long-Term Disability, AD&D and Life Insurance401k PlanPaid Vacation and HolidaysEqual Opportunity EmployerResponsibilitiesHelp ensure the basic functions of systems including water, hygiene, electricity, HVAC to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.Assist in new building projects and renovationsHelp maintain and repair basic electrical and plumbing needsAssist in the up-keep and cleanliness of all buildings, inside and out.Adhere to OSHA building and safety requirements.Build necessary items upon request.Will perform snow removal of sidewalks and the parking areasQualificationsMust have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving recordMust have a comprehensive knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance operationsRequires mechanical skills to assess maintenance needs and make recommendations along with a basic understanding of HVAC, electricity, plumbing and carpentry.Must have the ability to exercise judgment, make decisions and respond to building emergencies and staff requests within a reasonable time period.Plan and organize work to achieve desired results and perform general handy-man type duties as requiredBe comfortable working in external and internal work environments to include adverse or extreme weather conditions.Must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunctions with day to day activities.
