Lead organic search strategies that improve client business growth Develop data-driven SEO strategies tailored to client goals Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve site architecture, crawlability, and performance issues Increase onsite content in alignment with SEO best practices, user intent, and organic search trends Design and implement white-hat link-building strategies Use SEO research, competitor analysis, and market trends to refine strategies Provide performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations Participate in internal and client-facing meetings as a subject matter expert Collaborate with Social, Content, Paid Media, Display, Creative, Development, and UX teams Work with Client Services and Project Management to keep projects on budget and within agreed timelines Report to the SEO Director Requirements 3+ years of experience with website architecture, indexing, crawling, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site performance optimizations Proficiency in Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, BuzzSumo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and/or Google Tag Manager Ability to conduct keyword research, increase content for search engines, and align strategies with user behavior Experience analyzing SEO data, drawing insights, and making recommendations Experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations Experience troubleshooting SEO challenges and adapting to changes in search algorithms Resume in English Skills, expertise, and behavioural attributes emphasized over traditional degrees Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing data-driven SEO strategies, conducting technical audits, and optimizing website performance. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client growth through effective organic search initiatives.
