Mill Operator – 1st Shift Location: Holly Springs, MS Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay: $18.00/hour (Based on Experience) Job Summary We are looking for a reliable Mill Operator to operate equipment used in the recycling process. This role involves loading materials, monitoring product quality, and ensuring materials meet required specifications throughout production. Responsibilities Operate mill equipment safely and efficiently. Load raw materials weighing up to 45 pounds. Monitor material thickness and quality throughout production. Adjust equipment as necessary to maintain quality standards. Keep work area clean and organized. Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors. Follow all safety procedures. Qualifications Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly. Basic math and measuring skills. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance.
