What You'll Own Your patient's full clinical journey—from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow‑up care and long‑term results. You’ll build relationships with patients who return because of you, not just the brand. Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments Conduct consultations and design individualized treatment plans Document accurately in a custom EMR built for LaserAway Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor You’ll work with a fully digital EMR that simplifies charting so you stay focused on patients. TRACK A - CLINICAL BACKGROUND

Current RN license (state‑issued) 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg) Eager to build aesthetics skills—full training provided

TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND
