HR Manager

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day human resources functions for a busy manufacturing facility in Ripon, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting top talent, supporting employees, improving HR processes, and partnering with leadership to help drive business success. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts Partner with department managers to coordinate staffing needs and workforce scheduling Maintain and update employee handbooks, job descriptions, SOPs, and other HR documentation Support employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices Assist with workforce planning and organizational initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies and continuous process improvements What We're Looking For Previous HR management experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Strong recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience Experience coordinating workforce scheduling and staffing needs Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and personnel documentation Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to build strong relationships with employees and leadership Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus HR Manager - Ripon, WI - $75,000/year - Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Direct Hire | Full-Time Join a Growing Manufacturing Team!
