Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisition

We are looking for a Project Manager to support merger and acquisition integration initiatives for a leading organization in the high-tech pharm/biotech space based in Princeton, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for an entry-level project manager or project coordinator who can bring structure, follow-through, and clear communication to cross-functional workstreams. The role will help drive planning, coordination, and execution activities tied to acquisition integration efforts while keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.Responsibilities:• Coordinate day-to-day project activities related to merger and acquisition integration efforts across multiple teams.• Build, maintain, and update detailed project plans to track milestones, dependencies, risks, and completion targets.• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to organize workstreams, monitor progress, and support issue resolution.• Facilitate status meetings, document key decisions, and communicate updates to ensure alignment across the program.• Support system merger or migration activities as part of broader integration planning and execution.• Use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Atlassian applications to manage tasks and reporting.• Track action items, identify schedule impacts, and escalate concerns when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
