We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Setup Operator to join our growing manufacturing team in Bradenton, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, quality-focused machine shop producing critical components for the aerospace industry.Our team specializes in precision machining, prototype development, and short-to-medium production runs, utilizing advanced machining technology and an ISO-driven quality environment.What We OfferWeekly PayMonday through Friday scheduleFirst Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMCompetitive pay based on experienceStable, long-term career opportunityClean and organized manufacturing environmentOpportunity to work on aerospace-grade componentsOvertime opportunities availableResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision aerospace components.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.Install tooling, fixtures, and adjust machine offsets.Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.Make adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards.Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot machining issues.Complete production documentation and inspection records.Maintain a safe and efficient work area.Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished parts.QualificationsExperience setting up and operating CNC is required.Ability to read blueprints.Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining practices.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.Preferred SkillsCNC programming experience is not required.CAD/CAM experience is a plus.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
