Nurse Supervisor

Nurse Supervisor Lead and coordinate nursing care for patients undergoing inpatient rehabilitation, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered service while supporting staff development and compliance with clinical protocols. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Act as the liaison among administration, nursing management, and clinical staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. Monitor and manage staff, including on‑the‑spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling or discipline. Provide direct patient care as needed, establishing meaningful relationships and understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient victories and milestones throughout the recovery process. Qualifications Current RN licensure required by state regulations. BSL certification with ACL certification to be obtained within one year of starting. CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of meeting eligibility requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred. Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years). Prior leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff results.
