This contract role for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) runs from August 11th, 2026 through June 4th, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. You'll work directly with students—providing critical assessments, interventions, and collaboration with educators and families to help every child reach their full communicative potential.

Key Requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) issued by ASHA.
• Possess (or be eligible for) state licensure as a school-based SLP.
• Previous experience working with school-aged populations strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students across assigned schools.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs.
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultation services in accordance with each IEP.
• Document progress, maintain records, and provide feedback to teachers and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team conferences, and professional development activities.
• Engage in ongoing communication with school personnel and families to maximize outcomes.
