Location: In-House – Staten Island, NY (Handling New Jersey Closings)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated New Jersey Title Insurance professional to run and grow our NJ department from our Staten Island office . This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, driven individual who not only understands NJ title, but is looking to grow into a leadership role with the potential to help open and manage a future New Jersey location .

Responsibilities:

• Oversee New Jersey title files from order opening through policy issuance
• Stay current with NJ title laws, regulations, and industry updates
• Accurately input and manage NJ title orders
• Conduct New Jersey real estate closings (purchase, refinance, commercial, investor)
• Handle escrow disbursements in compliance with NJ regulations and underwriter requirements
• Review title searches, resolve title objections , and prepare closing documents
• Ensure compliance with NJ Department of Banking & Insurance , underwriters, and company policies
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with attorneys, lenders, brokers, and clients
• Serve as the primary NJ contact within the company
• Assist with workflow oversight, quality control, and department growth initiatives
• Participate in long-term planning for potential expansion into a New Jersey office

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of New Jersey title insurance experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NJ title laws, closing procedures, and escrow handling
• Experience conducting NJ closings and managing disbursements
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Interest in leadership and long-term growth within a company
• Experience with title production software ( AccuTitle ) preferred
• Prior leadership or department-level responsibility a plus, but not required

Qualifications
MD or DO licensed (or eligible) in New Jersey
Board certification in one of the following preferred:
Internal Medicine
Family Medicine
Emergency Medicine
Integrative / Functional Medicine (plus)
Interest or experience in:
Longevity medicine
Preventative health
Hormone optimization
Regenerative therapies
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a brand
Strong communication and leadership skills
