Our facility is designed to facilitate comprehensive rehabilitation services, providing our staff with the tools and resources necessary to deliver high-quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop customized treatment programs.Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs and clinical conditions.Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.Providing education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to engage actively in the recovery process.Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.Using advanced therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques to assist patients in restoring function and alleviating pain.Patient Population / Client FocusOur Orthopedic Physical Therapists typically work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to treat patients ranging from pediatric to adult, ensuring that each individual receives care specific to their unique clinical needs and personal goals.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess:A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.A valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications.Preferred ExperienceWhile not mandatory, experience in an orthopedic setting is advantageous.
