Senior Commercial Litigation Associate | Texas A well-established and growing business law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate to join its expanding litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator looking to take ownership of a varied caseload while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. The role offers meaningful client contact, responsibility from day one, and the opportunity to mentor junior attorneys as part of a supportive team. The Role Manage a broad range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Handle all stages of litigation, including strategy development, motions practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. Work on a diverse mix of business disputes, including contract, fraud, intellectual property, real estate, creditor's rights, defamation, class action defence, and other commercial matters. Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals. Collaborate directly with partners while maintaining significant autonomy over your matters. About You 5+ years' commercial litigation experience gained in private practice. Strong experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts. Excellent drafting skills, including dispositive motions, discovery, and pre-trial motions. Experience taking and defending depositions and appearing at hearings. Comfortable managing matters independently while working collaboratively as part of a team. Texas Bar admission required. Why Consider This Opportunity?
