What You’ll Do Supervise and engage with children in a safe and loving environment Plan and implement activities that promote learning and development Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and homework Provide nurturing and positive care that supports each child’s unique needs Maintain clear communication with parents about progress, activities, and concerns Adapt to family schedules and provide reliable support Help establish and maintain routines and boundaries that align with each family's values Requirements At least three years of professional childcare experience Must be 18 years or older CPR & SIDS certification (or willingness to obtain) Willing to complete background checks, social media screening, and driving record verification (we cover all costs) Valid Driver's License Your own reliable transportation suitable for safely driving children Comfortable around pets (cats and dogs) No additional children allowed on the job Potential Placement Opportunities Before/after-school care, date-night care, weekend care, and occasional shifts.
