Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a dentist-led group practice in Rome, GA. This opportunity is open to both experienced dentists and strong new grads looking for mentorship, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $200K guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is greater)
• 30% production in year two
• $15K sign-on bonus
• Full benefits + malpractice, DEA, and dues covered
• $2,500 CE allowance + in-house CE

Rome, GA Northwest Georgia with scenic landscapes and strong community feel

• South: Atlanta, GA ~70 miles
• North: Chattanooga, TN ~70 miles
• East: Cartersville, GA ~25 miles
• West: Gadsden, AL ~60 miles

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD
• Georgia license (or in process)
• CPR/BLS
• Strong communication and team mindset
