We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products and components according to work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules. • Assemble products, components, and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality standards and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain production quotas while meeting safety and quality expectations.
• Perform routine quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Package completed products for shipment when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies.
• Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with additional manufacturing or production tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work in a manufacturing or production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
