Service Coordinator

What You'll Do: The Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking maintenance and service support, ensuring a positive and responsive customer experience. This role coordinates and tracks work orders throughout the entire service lifecycle, from initial request through completion, while maintaining accurate records of service agreements, pricing, schedules, and related documentation. Primary duties include: Serve as the primary contact for all inbound customer inquiries, issues, and service requests via phone and email. Communicate with customers and address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with service technicians, vendors, manufacturers, and clients to schedule service consultations and resolutions. Manage scheduling for up to ten (10) Service Technicians. Oversee service workflow and provide customers with timely updates on service appointments, delays, and other service-related matters. Track work orders through the full customer lifecycle to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and completeness. Maintain accurate records of all signed agreements, including service terms, pricing, and schedules. What Makes You the Ideal Candidate: Must be able to perform the primary duties of the position, with or without accommodations. 2+ years of customer service experience. Must be highly detail-oriented and organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office. General understanding of electrical, plumbing, and concrete concepts is preferred.
