What You'll Do
• Supervise and support resident care staff to ensure quality care and services
• Monitor resident health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
• Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to caregiving staff
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every day

Qualifications
• Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or related healthcare setting
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred
• Ability to pass background screening and drug screening
• Must be at least 18 years old
