As our CMM Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll be a key partner to production and engineering—verifying precision-machined parts meet customer and engineering requirements the first time and every time.

You will

• Own first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Operate CMM equipment to validate dimensions and features
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gages, dial indicators, and other tools confidently
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, GD&T, and welding symbols
• Calibrate and maintain gages; keep inspection stations audit-ready
• Execute and support ISO quality audits and procedures
• Capture inspection data, generate reports, and document nonconformances
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Coordinate with machinists and engineers to resolve quality concerns quickly

You bring

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing quality inspection
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Blueprint literacy and strong GD&T comprehension
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
• CMM experience (Mitutoyo, CMM-Manager, or similar preferred)
• Understanding of welding symbols and basic weld inspection
• Detail orientation and solid problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
