What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)

• Self-motivated and driven by goals, not just a paycheck

• A natural with people - you genuinely enjoy helping others through major decisions

• Comfortable learning technology and CRM systems

• Coachable - ready to follow a proven system and do the work

• Prior sales experience a plus - absolutely not required

Schedule Compensation

Full-Time | Commission + Bonus | $48,000 – $180,000/year based on performance

Self-determined schedule | Monday–Friday + Weekend availability | Flexible
