Overview
Occupational Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a long-term care setting in Glendive, Montana. Specialty focus: Acute care needs within a nursing home environment. Start date: 09/14/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,065–$2,144 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Days. This temporary assignment is for a facility-based role within a long-term care (LTC) setting.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions addressing activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, motor skills, and safety in daily routines.
- Reassess progress regularly, document outcomes, and adjust goals and plans as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, and medical teams to coordinate care and support discharge or placement planning within the LTC setting.
- Educate residents and families on strategies, equipment, and environmental modifications to maximize independence and safety.

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license (state-specific) to practice in the United States.
- Availability for a 13-week, 36-hour-per-week assignment with daytime hours.
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting and participate in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong documentation, communication, and care coordination skills.
