Identifying new areas of growth within our existing clients, unlocking national dollars from marketing & agency teams will be critical to success. You will work with cross functional teams to develop the right plan, execute the plan, and deliver advertising recommendations that deliver against media objectives. To be successful you must understand the ever-changing industry landscape as we deliver on our promise to become the industry’s preferred media company.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for end-to-end client partnership strategy of 84.51’s suite of solutions with our client and agency partners, with support from Client Success and Partnerships Director.Partners with the Client Success team to drive the selling cycle with a portfolio of CPG and / or Non-Endemic clientsFocus on business development by prospecting, penetrating, and creating new executive level relationships with clients, driving advertising opportunities to closure in new business environmentDevelops and executes against a comprehensive plan that meets or exceeds revenue and market share in a defined territory and/or industry verticalPartners with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution environmentPartners with the product solution team to identify new advertising opportunitiesUtilizes CRM tool to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goalsQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:Digital media and advertising sales experience with desired career growth in salesDigital media trends / technologies & acute understanding of agency landscapeData to insights driven acumen; experience in using insights to influence decision makingProven results of driving and exceeding revenue targetsProven client leadership skills; ability to develop relationships and influenceDemonstrated self-starter skills; motivated by the challenge of the huntExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Exemplifies 84.51 Leadership Success Factors and CSA Function CompetenciesBachelors' degree B.A. / B.S or equivalent work experience5+ years of relevant professional experience including at least 5+ years of digital media sales, analytics and/or marketing experienceTravel will be required; upwards of 35%-50%#LI-AB1Pay Transparency and BenefitsThe stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor.
