Start Date: 09-01-2024 End Date: 12-31-2024 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 20 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in GA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 21 days Primary Care clinician must be able to see all ages Volume: 20 patients per day Monday- Friday 8:30-5:30 Dates of Coverage September-December Epic Training is every other week 8-4:30p. Epic training can only happen after credentialing, and must be completed before the provider can start
