Experience: Minimum of 2 years, with at least 1 year in Home Health within the last 2 years
License: Valid RN license in California
Certifications: BLS Certification
Must-Have: EMR experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) strongly preferred
Description: Our RNs typically assist with the start of cares (SOC), resumption of cares (ROC), recertifications, and daily visits. The typical productivity expectation is a SOC and 3 daily visits. Travel distances for clinician visits are managed closely, with discretionary points awarded for any travel exceeding 60 miles in a single day. Mileage is not billable. Shifts can be canceled, with limits on the number of cancellations over the assignment duration. We value teamwork and support for our nursing staff to deliver high-quality home health care.
